USRecordFee has begun the process of designing a smart phone app that will allow their customers to communicate with them directly while monitoring their account, the company said yesterday.
This will be a full-service app, said company spokesman Josh Fraser. It will allow people to have any questions or concerns they have answered with just a few taps on their screen. They’ll even be able to keep their account with us up to date with the app, without having to log into our system.
The app will also allow people to do additional record checks for a small fee, Fraser said.
People are logging into their laptops less and less and communicating online with their smart phones more and more, Fraser said. To not have a dedicated point of access via smart phone would be letting people down when it comes to customer service.
The app will be available for iPhones, Androids, and Windows-based phones.
People will be able to download the app free of charge, Fraser said. This is not a money-making scheme. This is a way to find new avenues to connect with our customers and provide them with the best service possible.
The company said the app should be available to the public in two to three months.
We want to make sure we’ve beta tested the app on all of the platforms before the release, Fraser said. We don’t want our customers to experiences glitches simply because we wanted to get the app out too soon.
